Synertex LLC was just awarded the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Training Directorate Program and Business Management Support contract in Linthicum, Md and as a result are seeking a Business Analyst to support the contract.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•                     Review and analyze business data to develop derived business intelligence outputs to support decision making at all levels within the agency.

•                     Provide support and recommendation for the development, management, and sustainment of performance measures, key performance indicators, and visualization of performance data.

•                     Provide expert advice and recommendations for the development, implementation, and sustainment of performance dashboards, visualizations, and common operational pictures for agency elements.

•                     Perform corporate and business due diligence by carefully assessing associated costs and risks which could impact a company's ability to protect classified information.

Qualifications:

•                     Experience working with the DoD

•                     Experience in performing Business Model analysis to assist in standardizing the organization’s

Education:

•                     Bachelor’s degree (or higher-level degree)

Clearance:

•                     Secret Security Clearance
