Position based on award of contract
Synertex is seeking a Program Manager to oversee our company’s support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED).
SED is a newly formed division within CISA, tasked to lead, oversee, and evaluate strategic, customer-centric engagements with partnership groups. SED’s engagement role is best characterized as wholesale versus retail, with CISA’s operational divisions focused on day-to-day stakeholder relationships centered around the products and services that they build and deliver as programmatic Executive Sponsors. The outputs and outcomes from CISA-wide partnerships feed value back into CISA and contribute to how we promote strategically aligned engagements across CISA.
SED itself promotes strategically aligned, customer-centric engagements across CISA using newly developed tools and enabling capabilities such as the CISA Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) tool and the CISA Service Catalog. SED also leads development and implementation of a CISA-wide Stakeholder Engagement Strategy intended to focus and align CISA stakeholder outreach and engagement to advance collective goals and objectives associated with the strengthening of national infrastructure safety, security, and resilience.
SED’s major focus areas include:
· Streamlining strategic outreach to government and industry partners, by leveraging capabilities, information and intelligence, and subject matter experts to help meet stakeholder requirements.
· Support for the State, Local, Tribal, Territorial (SLTT) community through leadership of various working groups that facilitate awareness of SLTT governments’ perspective into the national critical infrastructure planning process and advance critical infrastructure issues, approaches, and best practices at the SLTT and regional levels.
· Fostering partnership coordinating councils comprised of owners and operators, trade association representatives and government representatives. Together, these largely voluntary public-private partnerships bring national, regional, state and local perspectives to cybersecurity and infrastructure security activities.
Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; consult with client to define need or problem; supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
· Provide subject matter expertise, program management, program analysis and reporting, documentation, and/or strategic planning and overall management as required to support the SED Mission Support Services task order.
· Serve as a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR
· Read, write, speak and understand English.
