Synertex is seeking a Senior Watch Officer to support the defensive cyber operations by the Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC).  The IC SCC oversees the integration, monitoring, reporting and cyber network defense coordination for all IC elements and is guided by two governing documents: Concept of Operations for the Integrated Defense of the IC Information Environment (CONOPS IC IE) and the Concept of Operations for the Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise Security Coordination Service Provider (CONOPS SC SP).

o   TS/SCI

·         Responsibilities

o   Oversees the IC SCC Watch Division providing 24x7x365 IC-wide situational awareness of Computer Network Defense (CND), IDMT coordination, and threat awareness/response.

o   Maintains a high level of knowledge and understanding of IC IE architectures, systems, and networks. 

·         Qualifications

o   10+years of experience with a master’s degree.

o   Ability to produce written intelligence products and brief counterparts and senior officials.

o   Experience working jointly with IC departments and agencies.

o   Familiarity with IC networks and operations.

o   Experience managing competing priorities under strict guidelines while maintaining customer service.

o   IAT II Certification
