We are seeking a candidate for a position supporting the Office of the Director of National Intelligence in McLean, Va. The position will be supporting the Identity Intelligence team conducting quarterly performance assessments of multiple Identity and Intelligence portfolio programs. This position will serve as a more technically focused staff officer who will serve as the primary interface with the government I2 POC with IC CIO.

Responsibilities:

 ·         Leading and facilitating technical working groups as requested or required by the identity intelligence executive.

 ·         Facilitating data gathering in technical situations, providing design and implementation of data triage capabilities, and providing technical expertise to support the development of strategic operational goals

·         Updating and adjudicating comments on the identity intelligence data standard document as they come in and releasing new versions as appropriate.

·         Monitoring the health of existing data pipelines and developing solutions to data pipeline issues

·         Staying abreast of technical exchange meetings between identity intelligence service providers and knowledge bases and facilitating technical and enterprise architecture discussions on behalf of the I2 Executive.

·         Managing programs and data visualization and analytic tools that track, analyze, and display KPIs, metrics, and critical data points for senior customers at some of the highest levels of governments.

·         Leveraging existing business processes data visualization dashboards in Tableau and other industry best practice tools and techniques for reporting performance of qualitative and quantitative metrics using scorecards, risk matrices, integrated master schedules with critical path milestones, and numerous budget execution charts and graphs

 ·         Collaborate with key leaders on visualization requirements and confidently engage in design and build discussions.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's required (STEM Desired but not required)

·         10 Years’ Experience

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to manage projects and competing priorities.

·         Strong learning agility to understand key business drivers.

Education:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

Clearance: 

·         TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
