EKMS (SME) shall possess more than 10 years providing EKMS technical support of direct experience with system fielding/installing, and demonstrating expert proficiency in COMSEC and EKMS PWS areas. Also capable of performing FEL duties. Must be able to communicate with junior, mid-grade, and senior Army personnel. Must have extensive Army background, preferably retired, recently separated, or private sector with direct experience with fielding/installing, and managing fielding/installing activities.
- Evaluates health of US Army COMSEC accounts to support Black Keys and JOSEKI
- Trains unit COMSEC Custodians on Encrypted Key Management
- Trains unit COMSEC Custodians/Frequency Spectrum Managers for key processing on ACES machines
- Identifies ACES workstation specs and ensure the latest software conforms to minimum requirements needed to support the KGV‐72 Encrypted Key generation and management
- Capable of performing Fielding Execution Lead duties for New Equipment Fielding locations. Services will be provided at government locations
- Develops training reports, trip reports, and post-training products as needed
- Available for travel up to 75% of time, depending mission requirements and area of focus
- Able to manage logistics and physically move equipment up to 60 lbs in support of training set-up requirements
- Conducts all operations in a professional manner at all times, to include customer site, company site, and during travel
- Possesses a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
