We are a privately funded startup looking for a growth marketing manager who can help create an inbound marketing funnel from the ground up. We have been outsourcing our current marketing efforts to marketing agencies and are ready to make our first full-time marketing hire. This will be a pivotal piece to our success, as we have laid out an extremely strong foundation and are looking for an experienced marketer to help execute on our plans!


Responsibilities Include: 

  • Create a customer journey flow with the sales team to ensure inbound leads are being nurtured and staying engaged.

  • Create reporting and KPIs for our marketing efforts.

  • Launch and test ad campaigns in order to see which channels will perform the best based on our KPIs.

  • Channels could include: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Ads, and more.

  • Research and identify new marketing opportunities such as industry events

  • Coordinate and launch webinar based events

  • Manage and delegate the list of content and creative that is needed for ad campaigns and SEO efforts

  • Lead high level brand strategy, managing messaging hierarchy to support multiplatform communications


Qualifications:

  • Ideally 4-6 years of applicable experience

  • Experience working with or for a startup

  • Experience with B2B or SAAS marketing

  • Experience running ad campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

  • Experience with tradeshows and conferences is a big plus


    This position can be performed from anywhere in the US.
