Sr. Sales Rep Requirements:

 

Sr. Sales Rep. Responsibilities:

  • Sources new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, and generation of new leads.
  • Identifies key players in assigned market through research, generates interest, and cultivates new business opportunities.
  • Maintains and expands the database of prospects, collaborating with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals.
  • Performs effective online demos to prospective Customers.
  • Identifies and understands the Customer’s needs and requirements; attends all sales and technology training.
  • Meets or exceeds monthly sales targets and market goals.
  • Maintains knowledge of laws/regulations relevant to the position.
  • Stays informed of industry trends.
  • Participates in weekly sales meetings, regular professional development, and networking conferences and events.
  • Supports the SVP for Business Development and Customer Support, as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with current first-year commissions averaging $20,000-$35,000.

Travel Requirements:

Myers airport to meet your business or personal travel needs.  This position may report at our Bonita Spring, FL or Topeka, KS location, or may be remote.
