About the Sales Team:

  • The Sales/Marketing Team’s Mission is to drive sales growth by being the trusted advisor to Customers and prospects for advanced technologies for air, personal effects, and surfaces decontamination in enclosed spaces

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • 5 years sales management experience and/or leading a defined territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, or related sciences
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in owning and meeting defined sales goals and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and emphasis on NetSuite or Zoho a plus
  • Dedication to providing great Customer service always
  • Ability to travel to Customer at least 15% of total time
  • Willing to consent to background check: social security, prior employment, and education verification, and criminal history check.

 

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • The ongoing training of our salespeople


Salary and Benefits:

Starting base salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 with current Business Development Managers averaging an additional $20,000 - $35,000 in Commission, in their first year.
