Reporting to the Head of Site Acquistion, The Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with our site acquisition partners. Here's your chance to make an indelible mark on our rising venture as it creates new categories where travel, energy, charging, hardware/software/hyper-local experiences define the future of charging.
Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new channel partners

Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their ability to acquire sites

Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals

Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions

Create and manage channel partners' pipeline forecasts

Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives

Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as leads, conversion rates

Provide support and guidance to partners on IONNA’s value proposition

Negotiate and manage channel partner agreements and contracts
Skills and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

3-5 years of experience in channel management or sales

Proficiency with a CRM tool

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
