Position Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for managing vendor network including identification of suppliers, onboarding vendors, operationalizing information for procurement and compliance of vendor network. Will work closely with Procurement, Deployment, and Legal to ensure timely and proactive purchasing. As part of the Business Operations team, the Supply Chain Manager will oversee data management to support analytics for vendor loading, quality metrics, forecasting and scheduling. Ideal candidate will cover specific areas tactically as Ionna scales and will partner with in-business leaders to hand off or maintain ownership of vendors.

Role Attributes

  • Lead supply chain activities for onboarding, sourcing, delivery, scheduling, and reporting for Ionna vendor network.  
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project timeline, quality and safety.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor issues in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Ionna stakeholders to develop and enforce compliance and procurement standards.
  • Partner with Ionna stakeholders to develop an effective vendor network and supply chain.
  • Track and report on vendor KPIs, provide leadership and support with underperforming vendors.
  • Bridge Deployment and Site Management vendors to support project turnover and onsite inventory.
  • Other duties as needed

Education/Experience Expectations

  • BA/BS degree required in related field. Master’s a plus
  • 5+ years experience in a similar or related field
  • Startup experience a plus

This is a hybrid role. Must be able to work several days a week in office in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
