Position Summary

Our ideal candidate will be someone with experience in financial modeling and planning who shares our passion for promoting the growth of sustainable energy and can thrive in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment. The FP&A Manager will work directly with the leadership of the business to develop both near-term and long-range business plans, build economic models to drive commercial decision-making, and analyze financial and operating data to provide business insights.

Responsibilities

· Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to a long-term financial and strategic plan

· Working with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts

· Producing models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting business factors

· Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team

· Analyzing the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin

Skills and Experience

· Finance, accounting or related business degree.

· A minimum of 5 years of relevant practice experience, preferably in FP&A or modeling capacity. Prior work experience involving EV charging or other distributed network businesses preferred.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Have excellent teamwork and integration skills and must be a dynamic and proactive professional.

· Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and implement appropriate solutions.

· Strong verbal and written skills with ability to convey complex information that others can readily follow.

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office. Experience with data analytic tools such as Power BI is preferred.

· Excellent communication skills with a business-level to near native-level fluency in English (written and oral).
