As a (Project Designer – EV Charging Site Design), you'll play a vital supporting role in seamlessly integrating our charging infrastructure into the built environment. While the overall design concepts will be led by our architects, your ability to prepare concept sketches and drawings, illustrative renderings, and presentations will translate those visions into reality.

  • You'll collaborate closely with project teams, providing design and technical assistance throughout the planning and construction phases. The role provides broad visibility and exposure as you’ll be mixing it up with engineers, architects and project managers while being directly involved with key activities ranging from conducting site analysis, preparing detailed construction drawings and takeoffs, and public outreach to create accessible, convenient, and visually appealing charging solutions.
  • Your attention to detail will ensure our charging stations not only meet functional requirements but also enhance the user experience through thoughtful amenities and intuitive design elements. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to explore sustainable material choices and renewable energy integration, making your contribution to minimizing environmental impact.

What we’d like to see from you:

  • An AA/BS degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on site design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite is not required, but highly desirable
  • Understanding of permit processes and construction documentation
