Position Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for data visualization and analytics? The Ionna Product team is looking for a manager to lead the development of a comprehensive KPI dashboard that provides a holistic view of our business performance and customer satisfaction. As part of the Chief Product Officer's Product organization, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Head of Program Management. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that key metrics are tracked, analyzed, and communicated effectively to drive business success and enhance customer experience. 

Responsibilities

  • KPI Dashboard Development: Lead the design and development of a single-pane-of-glass dashboard that captures key performance indicators (KPIs) across all organizational functions, including product, finance, operations, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics that align with business objectives and customer expectations. 
  • Data Integration and Analysis: Work closely with data engineering and operational analytics teams to integrate data from various sources and systems into the dashboard. Develop data models, algorithms, and visualizations to analyze and interpret KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements and priorities for the dashboard. Gather feedback and iterate on dashboard design and functionality to ensure alignment with business needs and user preferences. 

  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and updates on business performance and customer satisfaction to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI trends and analysis to support strategic decision-making. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the KPI dashboard, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in KPI measurement and dashboard development to enhance our capabilities and stay ahead of the curve. 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Science, or related field required. Master's degree preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and performance management, with a focus on KPI measurement and reporting. Experience in a similar role or industry preferred. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights, and communicate findings effectively. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages preferred. 

  • Strategic Thinker: Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable KPIs and metrics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts and findings to diverse audiences. Experience presenting to executive leadership and senior stakeholders preferred. 

  • Collaborative Team Player: Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization.
