Position Summary

Are you a visionary brand strategist with a passion for storytelling and creative innovation? The Ionna Product team is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand, Content, and Creative to lead our efforts in shaping and elevating the IONNA brand. With your expertise in brand strategy, content development, and creative direction, you'll play a pivotal role in defining our brand identity, engaging our audience, and driving business growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience. Define our brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to differentiate IONNA in the market. 

  • Content Development: Lead the creation of compelling content across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Develop content that tells our brand story, engages our audience, and drives meaningful connections. 

  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external creative teams, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and values. Oversee the development of visual assets, including graphics, videos, and photography, that bring our brand to life. 

  • Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and channels. Enforce brand standards and guidelines to maintain brand integrity and coherence. 

  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage our brand assets and messaging. Ensure campaigns are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with our brand strategy. 

  • Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support our brand and creative initiatives. Manage relationships and contracts with creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners. 

  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Allocate resources strategically to support brand, content, and creative initiatives. 

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and platforms to measure the effectiveness of brand, content, and creative efforts. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies. 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in brand management, content development, and creative direction, preferably in a similar industry or environment. 

  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective brand and content strategies. 

  • Creative Visionary: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and conceptually, with a passion for innovation and storytelling. 

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing creative projects. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively. 

  • Collaborative Team Player: Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, building consensus and driving towards shared goals. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Ability to analyze data and insights to inform creative direction and strategy.
