Description & Goals
Individual will be responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations of IONNA. Part of the role will be to understand site level characteristics, analyzing key operational metrics related to pipeline health and support front-of-funnel operational needs. The role will also analyze systems required for the business to seamlessly transition between its operations – site leads to due diligence to acquisitions to design/build/commissioning and integrating systems to create seamless tracking.
Role Attributes
- Equip site acquisition team with market-driven decisions based on network planning map and expected portfolio ROI.
- Combine operational (design, deployment, construction) and financial strategies into metrics to quantify pipeline health throughout the site acquisition funnel.
- Identify systems and vendors to be integrated for day-to-day business operations and monitoring.
- Compile and analyze charging station operations data, including defining and tracking KPIs, to understand health of individual sites and the overall business.
- Continuously improve processes to drive efficiencies.
- Project manage buildout to ensure key milestones are met.
- Be a key contributor to network-wide O&M plan execution as well as understanding and communicate charging issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Salesforce, PowerBI, Monday.com or other platform experience preferred
Education/Experience Expectations
- BA/BS degree required. Master’s a plus
- 3+ years experience in a similar or related field
- Startup experience a plus
