Reports To: Preconstruction Associate

This role requires a full-time onsite presence in Durham, NC

 

Target Base Range: $60 - 75k (Final compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications)

The Role

As a Preconstruction Coordination Analyst, you’ll help keep EV infrastructure projects moving from planning into construction by coordinating readiness activities, tracking critical dependencies, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to prevent delays and keep execution on track.

 

What You’ll Focus On

  • Coordinating key preconstruction and readiness milestones
  • Tracking long lead-time materials and project dependencies
  • Partnering across Design, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations, and Finance
  • Supporting billing reconciliation and project close-out
  • Helping improve coordination processes as deployment scales

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced/demanding environment
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or EV charging
  • Exposure to material coordination, close-out, or billing support
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Bluebeam

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Long Leadtime Readiness: % of sites with switchboards and canopies ready when required by construction  
  • Short Lead-time 1st time delivery: % of site that have the items delivered correctly on the first attempt. 
  • Project Closeout Completion: Projects closed out within 30 days of Go Live
