Location: Position requires a full-time presence in Durham, NC (Hybrid)
Base Salary Range: $70 - 75k

Job Summary: As Facility Management Analyst, your mission is drive the perfect customer experience through our diverse onsite facilities. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, action-oriented individual who is passionate about running effective onsite facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve all facilities support/break-fix issues within the defined SLA timelines
- Work with vendors to resolve issues and proactively maintain functional facilities.
- Assist with ingestion, organization, and tracking of lease agreements and related documents
- Aid in the setup, management, and billing of utilities for new and existing properties
- Provide assistance with preparing, filing, and tracking business license applications and renewals to ensure all properties meet required compliance standards
- Maintain accurate and organized operational records within internal systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with site operations, deployment, finance, and legal teams to gather necessary information, resolve questions, and support smooth operational workflows
- Monitor and drive Deployment to Site Operations handoffs

- Mean Time to Resolve Facility Issues
- Opex vs Budget
- Google Ratings
Required Qualifications:
- Completed degree program (Bachelors or Masters) preferably Finance, Legal, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience managing mission critical facilities
- Well-versed in analytics and presentation tools including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.
- Proficiency in cross-channel communications (phone, email, CRMs) with a call-first approach
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Winning mindset which embodies the concept of extreme ownership.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, accountable, with a proactive approach
- Detail-oriented with a passion for documentation and process creation
- Ability to synthesize complex information and deliver insights to the team
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Any previous exposure to start-up environments or face-paced workplaces is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Durham HQ during work hours
