Job Title: Operations Analyst
Reports to: Chief of Staff
Location: Position requires a full-time presence in Durham, NC (weekend & late evening coverage as needed)
Base Salary Range: $65 – 70k

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly reliable, proactive, and resourceful Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day functioning of our office and executive team. This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to contribute to a growing organization with a wide scope. The preferred candidate will be flexible, practical, positive, and adaptable to a variety of tasks. This role provides exposure to many functions within the company and growth potential.
Mission: Enable the executive team to work efficiently.
KPIs: (1) Completion of tasks without rework; (2) On time resource planning & delivery, (3) On budget activities & events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events for staff & visitors
- Order & set up in-office or offsite meals for leadership & board members
- Support meeting logistics including room setup, A/V checks, ordering & setup for meals & snacks, preparing materials
- Assist with day-to-day collateral packaging, mailing, & filing
- Manage small projects & internal activities/ initiatives, miscellaneous operational tasks
- Partner with HR, IT, and Ops on cross functional tasks as needed
- Serve as a friendly, dependable point of contact for miscellaneous needs of the leadership team
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree in business, finance, marketing & events or related field.
- Proficiency with Office tools and a willingness to learn (highly proficient in excel spreadsheets Ex: VLOOKUP)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to tackle any task, big or small
- Good judgment when faced with ambiguous choices
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments
