Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the acquisition of EV drivers and convert them into active users of our charging stations. This role is accountable for driving utilization and throughput at our locations by building and executing growth strategies across paid and organic channels, optimizing conversion rates, and delivering measurable impact on charging sessions. The ideal candidate thrives in experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The mission of this role is simple: attract EV drivers, increase repeat usage, and maximize utilization of our charging network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to attract EV drivers and convert them into active users of our charging stations.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve CTR, CPC, CVR, and ROAS across campaigns targeting EV drivers.
- Develop and experiment with location specific promotional tactics that drive EV driver growth while maintaining healthy margins.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to reduce friction and improve sign-ups and charging session initiation.
- Manage budgets and pacing across channels; forecast and report performance weekly and quarterly.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on attribution integrity and utilization reporting.
- Leverage Communications team efforts (events and social) to build retargeting audiences and amplify driver acquisition campaigns.
- Maintain analytics dashboards, UTM governance, and performance reporting focused on utilization of metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- EV Driver Acquisition: Growth in new drivers and first-time charging sessions.
- Charging Session Volume: percent QoQ growth in total sessions at our locations.
- Repeat Usage Rate: Increase percentage of drivers returning for multiple sessions.
- Experiment Velocity: meaningful experiments per quarter with documented learnings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in performance/growth marketing; including 3+ years hands-on with SEM, paid social, CRO, and automation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media Ads, A/B testing tools.
- Proven success acquiring customers and driving measurable utilization or engagement.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights into leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2C acquisition, mobility, EV charging, or similar consumer behavior-driven industries.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Background in scaling growth programs for complex buyer journeys and usage behaviors.
