Site Acquisition Representative
Reports To: VP of Site Acquisition
Target Base Range: $60k – 70k (base plus short term incentive)
This role requires a full-time onsite presence in Durham, NC (with some travel required)

Job Summary:
The Site Acquisition Representative (SAR) is responsible for generating new acquisition opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers/site hosts. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospects and plays a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline for the organization. The mission of this role is simple: generate qualified leads for great sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting & Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking).
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
• Qualification & Engagement:
• Conduct initial conversations to understand prospect needs and determine fit.
• Schedule meetings for various different team members.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Communication and Organization:
• Track performance on agreed schedules and in Salesforce
• Collaborate on communication and forecasting of progress
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated: generate qualified leads with strong site hosts.
- Number of qualified leads turned into signed sites: amount of qualified leads executed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation techniques.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in business development within customers such as convenience, QSR, or fueling networks.
