Operations Analyst

 

Location: Durham, NC
Reports To: Chief of Staff
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related fields

Salary Range: $70 - 80k

Role Description

Reporting into the Business Operations team, this Operations Analyst will be tied to our deployment and site operations teams to support business analytics, monitor and escalate KPI and SLA misses, develop and document processes, and guide and enable platforms choices. A successful candidate will work closely with our partner in functions while maintaining a 3rd party audit role.  

 

Role Attributes

  • Equip deployment and site operations with analytic-driven insight to improve speed to market, quality of throughput, and optimal spending recommendations. 
  • Run Ops calls with senior management on a biweekly/weekly basis- monitoring data quality & SLA breaches, and functional health.
  • Compile and analyze operations data, including defining and tracking KPIs, to understand the health of individual sites and the overall business.
  • Work closely with teams to identify process improvements and drive change within partner functions. 
  • Implement document process improvements and hold training sessions with the business as necessary. 
  • Provide analytical oversight to operating functions and conduct in-depth analysis of problem areas as necessary. 
  • Other duties as needed.

Education/Experience Expectations

  • BA/BS degree in a related field required. Master’s a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or related field
  • Startup experience a plus
