The Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Owner to lead the definition and execution of key subscription and pricing products. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on shipping features that directly impact revenue, customer satisfaction, and infrastructure performance.
You will collaborate closely with our CPMS technology partner, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to bring new offerings to life. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and plays a critical role in shaping the next phase of our digital experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the definition and delivery of subscription and pricing features for IONNA’s public DC fast charging network
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment — including technical requirements gathering, user story creation, sprint coordination, and release planning
- Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders and CPMS technology partners to drive execution and resolve blockers
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable product specs
- Support user testing, QA, and feedback cycles to ensure high-quality releases
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and feedback, and identify areas for improvement or iteration
- Ensure strong documentation and internal knowledge retention to support future scale-up
What You Bring
- A minimum of 4 years in product management or product ownership, ideally in mobility, transportation, or digital infrastructure industries
- Demonstrated experience shipping B2B or B2C digital products — with a strong preference for subscription models, pricing tools, or customer-facing features
- A doer mindset — you thrive in execution, know how to run lean, and don’t need layers of support to make progress
- Experience collaborating with both internal teams and external tech/service partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with EV charging platforms, CPMS systems, or public infrastructure is a strong plus
- Deep interest in electric vehicles and the future of clean transportation
