Responsible for leading efforts in radar systems engineering with a focus on digitally modulated radar systems focusing on end-to-end system-level simulation, and algorithm development and validation.  Drive efforts to design and implement radar algorithms, like object detection, direction of arrival (DOA) estimation, MIMO radar approaches, multipath suppression, clutter removal, tracking,fication, radar sensor calibration, etc.  Establish test metric and methods for a given radar algorithm feature according to customer specification.  Support software engineering team in embedding the designed algorithms.  Evaluate internal and external engineering design change requests



MS/PhD with 10-15 years experience developing advanced radar systems/algorithms

Must have experience radar data processing and algorithm development (FMCW, PMCW, etc.) to include the following:

* Object detection &fication (CFAR, DOA, etc.)

* Object tracking &fication (Kalman filter, Particle filter, etc.)

* Multipath cancelation

* Clutter removal

* Trajectory/angle estimation

* Beamforming

Experience working with MIMO systems (preferably with MIMO radar)

Knowledge of with automotive function safety standards desired (26262)

Must have strong proficiency with C/C++, Python and Matlab
