Overview

We are looking for a talented Product Manager focused on growth & acquisition to establish and build out our tracking and conversion tracking – ultimately enabling us to see our funnel, analyze and identify success criteria, identify links, run tests, report results and dramatically accelerate revenue growth.

The immediate responsibilities needs to focus in the middle of the funnel – from registered user to paid user. While we have data from previous systems we are looking for an expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment.io, MixPanel and any other technologies that would allow us to track, measure, execute and report our user conversions and user flows from registered / free users to paid users.

You must be able to document and explain what needs to be added to the product to enable your success – such as specific actions, events, triggers, etc that need to be implemented. Additional knowledge of Salesforce and Active Campaign and best practices for conversions and what works and what doesn’t is also desired.

Responsibilities

Once we have the system up where we are able to adequately track the user journey & conversions, report results, and able to identify funnel leaks we will need a person to define:

• Assess current system and create the correct tracking mechanism so that data can be analyzed and decisions can be made based on conversion data • Initially focus on the middle to bottom of the funnel, developing and testing strategies to move customers from a visitor on our website to paying user

• Constantly analyzing the funnel, identifying leaks and execute strategies to fix those leaks to increase conversion rates and meet revenue goals • Create, manage and experiment with user conversion campaigns – from the interested person on our website to a registered user, to paid user and ultimate a happy, loyal customer • Conceive and execute on a wide range of personalized and targeted content campaigns to drive conversions – focusing on unique messages and campaigns for different segments of the market

• Analyze & report data to monitor user conversions, revenue, retention & churn. Recommend and develop improvements to improve metrics. Requirements

• Outstanding analytical skills with a dash of creativity

• Expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment.io, MixPanel, and any other user acquisition technologies • Experience in software / SaaS user growth

• Experience with converting users via multiple channels including email, SMS & In-App conversions • Solid project management skills: the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Email Marketing Automation, A/B testing, Market Segmentation

• Solid data and analytics experience – knowing how to track & measure results

• 5+ years’ experience in growth marketing
