POSITION TITLE: Jr. Accountant

WORK LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona

POSITION SUMMARY: It’s an accrual world, and we need to track what we earn and spend. Manage transactions, reconcile books, report on financial health.

We are also experts in bringing financial services to the market and in developing and implementing better underwriting systems and procedures for consumer and commercial loans.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Daily Reconciliation of cash
• Collect and analyze financial information
• Summarize and report to management
• Reconcile Banks and Loans Receivable
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality
• Comply with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls

POSITION SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 year degree and or experience preferred

• Microsoft Office with extensive use of Excel
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred)
• Confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
• Timely
