Key Responsibilities
- Professionally interact with new and existing customers via phone, email and text providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
Review documents and loan applications ensuring they are complete and accurate.
Contact existing customers who are 1-30 days past due and use successful negotiation tactics to bring their accounts current.
Meet or exceed loan funding, collections and call performance targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
