Key Responsibilities
- Professionally interact with new and existing customers via phone, email and text providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Follow strict loan application review guidelines ensuring applications are complete and accurate.
- Contact existing customers who are 1-30 days past due and use successful negotiation tactics to bring their accounts current.
- Meet or exceed loan funding, collections and call performance targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of recent call center experience or retail customers service required (any field of financial services preferred).
- Loan application review experience a plus.
- Ability to achieve required metrics and goals consistently.
- A team player that thrives in a competitive environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
