What You'll Do

• Help new and existing customers by phone, email, and text with top-level service.
• Answer customer questions about loan products, applications, and accounts accurately and clearly.
• Guide and persuade customers to complete their loan applications on our mobile app, overcoming hesitation and walking them through each step.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, following strict guidelines
• Contact customers who are 1–30 days past due and negotiate to bring accounts current.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly funding, collections, and call targets.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of recent call center or retail customer service experience (financial services preferred).
• A track record of hitting metrics and goals consistently.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• A competitive spirit and a team-first attitude.
• Nice to have: loan application review experience, collections experience, bilingual Spanish.
