Summer Friday, a creative content and marketing agency, is looking for an Account Supervisor/Manager, Client Strategy who will serve as strategic support for our clients as well as our Strategy and Creative teams, and report into the Director of Client Strategy. Working across multiple clients, the Manager, Client Strategy will manage day-to-day tasks with emphasis on client management, strategic execution and quality assurance.

Drive forward all deliverables on a day-to-day basis including creative, video, campaign plans, reports, budget trackers and analysis.
Are aware of and understand the client strategy and guide the team to deliver it.
Write briefs, ingesting new assignments and supporting the Director of Client strategy with presentations.
Support the Director of Client Strategy in building out strategic documents and research studies.
Have excellent communication skills and are capable of managing multiple work streams.
A safe pair of hands for both the Director of Client Strategy and client lead to rely on.
Acts as the lead point of contact for clients and agency team, and knows when to loop in the right support.
Manage agency team & resources to ensure we remain nimble & efficient while delivering flawless execution.
Work with project managers to create, maintain and update project schedules and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Assist in reviewing and facilitating the completion of projects internally by collaborating closely with the creative and production teams.
Update client status documents and stay on top of upcoming tasks.
Assist in billing worksheet reviews.
Maintain general knowledge of industry/client business beyond the assignment at hand.
Research industry trends or client-specific requests and provide thought leadership content to internal teams and clients as appropriate.

4-5 years of experience preferred; agency experience a bonus
Client and/or vendor communication and management experience a plus
Preferably experienced in Finance sector
Experience in Digital, Social, Content, Video and Strategy preferred
Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in order to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Good listener with willingness to take notes
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong initiative and personal drive
Calm demeanor, positive outlook, ability to collaborate with and inspire team members and clients
