POSITION SUMMARY:

Summer Friday, a creative content and marketing agency, is looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate between the Client Strategy and Creative teams to manage day-to-day tasks and review a high volume of work, with an emphasis on quality assurance. This is a 6 - 9 month, full time contract position with the potential to become permanent upon completion.

Your attention to detail is second to none, with an emphasis on project flow, task management and quality assurance. You have a positive, can-do attitude and proactively offer solutions in a fast moving environment. You can also take control and keep the team calm/focused on tasks at hand so they don’t get overwhelmed. And let’s not forget your best trait of all… your entrepreneurial spirit and appetite for learning. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:           

  • Manage agency team and resources to ensure we remain nimble & efficient while delivering flawless execution.

  • Create and implement high volume project timelines and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time. 

  • Provide quality assurance on all agency output including creative, campaign plans, reports, and analysis.

  • Assist in reviewing and facilitating the completion of projects internally by collaborating closely with the creative and production teams.

  • Update client status documents and stay on top of upcoming tasks.

  • Engage in client communication and become a trusted partner they can reach out to for any questions, timing next steps, etc.

  • Create and edit Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Organize account files and documents electronically.

  • Provide support to the Client Strategy Department and other teams as needed.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2-3 years of experience, in agency environment preferred

  • Top-notch organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in order to meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Project management platform experience preferred

  • Good listener with willingness to take notes

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong initiative and personal drive

  • Calm demeanor, positive outlook, ability to collaborate with and inspire team members and clients
