The Optimization Specialist will work with a select group of accounts, focusing mainly on Super User and Growth accounts. The main focus of this role will be to evaluate, educate and grow utilization in a given number of assigned accounts. This will be a hybrid role with 40% travel expected.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provides ongoing support for all selected accounts in the form of office visits and virtual visits. Providing re-trains (both in-person and virtual), reimbursement analysis, delivering messaging, and helping to implement basic practices.
· Proactively assesses current Trukera implementations and recommends solution changes that optimize value for both the customer and Trukera.
o prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on practice productivity, profit, and customer satisfaction.
· Continually gauges customer satisfaction among key decision makers identifying early on any potential barriers.
· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines. These include growth expectations for add-on sales of products and services with customers supported.
· Proactively pursues additional business development opportunities and collaborates with BDR/A to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.

· Remain current on consumer preferences, and changes in product developments by attending sales meetings/webinars, assigned trade shows, or reading trade journals
· Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
· Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the BDR/A, Customer Success and Optimization team.
· Maintain proficiency in using a personal computer, TEAMS, data entry into Hubspot, Salesforce, and other common programs (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word)
· Follow company policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
· Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Equivalent training and experience will be considered as alternative.
JCAHPO COA or COT is preferred.
Experience: Practical ophthalmic/ophthalmology experience.
