Position Overview
Anesthesia Dynamics is seeking a skilled and strategic Regional RCM Administrator, based in the DFW area, to lead all aspects of revenue cycle performance for a multi-state anesthesia practice operating across a premier network of surgical facilities in the South Central and Mountain regions. The Regional RCM Administrator will bring deep expertise in accounts receivable management and healthcare (anesthesia) billing to lead the RCM function for our growing anesthesia services client operating across multiple states. This position oversees the full revenue cycle—from claims submission through payment resolution—working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and facility partners to ensure optimal financial performance.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned RCM leader, residing in the greater DFW area, with rich experience in anesthesia billing and multi-state operations. This role requires a strong leadership presence in driving operational excellence across geographically dispersed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of accounts receivable and RCM functions, ensuring timely collection of insurance and patient payments for services delivered in a variety of medical and surgery centers.
- Monitor and report on A/R production KPIs, identifying trends and implementing performance improvements.
- Partner with client and practice leaders across the region to ensure protocol compliance and operational consistency.
- Support the Practice leadership and the Anesthesia Dynamics Client Engagement team with timely and accurate A/R status reports and payment trend data.
- Participate in high-level planning to align practice RCM performance with overall business goals.
- Lead implementation of new RCM protocols and technology tools to drive efficiency.
- Provide direction and solutions to escalated billing or patient account issues, supporting the Patient Advocate Department as needed.
- Ensure all RCM operations comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Monitor industry trends and legal/regulatory changes that may affect billing and reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years focused on anesthesia billing.
- Strong working knowledge of payer rules, managed care contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance across multiple locations.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with complex billing structures.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- HIPAA certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
