As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our collaborative. This Revenue Cycle Analyst will be focused on serving our clients in the Eastern Time Zone. Position Overview

The Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the financial operations of Anesthesia Dynamics’ clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in anesthesia billing and a solid understanding of medical coding, collections, and revenue cycle workflows. This role offers the opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage timely collection of insurance and patient payments to meet A/R benchmarks.
  • Support A/R Managers in implementing and reinforcing revenue cycle protocols.
  • Collaborate with our outsourced A/R team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and timely A/R status updates and payment trend reports to the Client Engagement team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, payer policies, and regulatory changes affecting revenue cycle performance.
  • Ensure A/R practices remain compliant with all applicable regulations.
  • Offer guidance and support to the Patient Advocate Department on billing-related inquiries.
  • Report directly to the assigned Accounts Receivable Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in anesthesia billing and terminology
  • Experience in medical collections and A/R workflows
  • Knowledge of ASA, CPT, and ICD-10 coding systems
  • Comfortable using medical billing software and systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
