At Anesthesia Dynamics, we specialize in delivering top-tier anesthesia and revenue cycle management (RCM) services to private anesthesia practices nationwide.  As we continue expanding our national footprint, we’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Revenue Cycle (A/R) Manager, base in the greater Miami, FL area to join our mostly remote team. Position Overview

The Revenue Cycle (A/R) Manager will oversee the performance and compliance of our accounts receivable operations. This role is vital in ensuring that insurance and patient payments are collected efficiently, that departmental protocols are followed, and that staff are supported, trained, and aligned with organizational goals. The Revenue Cycle Manager will work cross-functionally with satellite teams, client engagement leaders, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely collection of insurance and patient payments to meet established A/R metrics.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, productivity, quality, and client service standards for A/R performance.
  • Hire, train, schedule, coach, and support A/R team members in alignment with company policies and goals.
  • Collaborate with A/R managers and team leads to implement and monitor compliance with RCM protocols.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of A/R teams, including satellite offices.
  • Provide timely A/R status reports and payment trend updates to the Client Engagement team.
  • Monitor industry trends and legal regulations relevant to medical billing and collections.
  • Work closely with the Director of RCM to assign and manage projects.
  • Ensure all A/R procedures comply with healthcare and billing regulations.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership.
  • Support the Patient Advocate Department by offering guidance on A/R-related issues.
  • Model and reinforce the company’s core values of dignity, authenticity, and balance.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold data security standards.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in anesthesia billing and terminology
  • 8+ years experience in medical collections and A/R workflows
  • Skilled at managing the work of others 
  • Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of ASA, CPT, and ICD-10 coding systems
  • Comfortable using medical billing software and systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
