Associate Director of Site Engagement, Optimization, & Training (Remote- Full time)

The Associate Director of Site Engagement, Optimization, & Training is responsible for leading the rollout, adoption, and continued engagement of ClinOne and ClinTrialConnect Solutions for our pharmaceutical sponsors and research institutions.   

 

This is a critical leadership role at ClinOne as we look to enhance our current site trainings and site adoption of the technology.

 

This position is remote, although candidates based in the Denver, CO or Philadelphia, PA area may have the opportunity to commute to a ClinOne office in the future.

 

A successful Associate Director of Site Enagement, Optimization, & Training:

·       Has extensive training experience at an eClinical company which provided site and patient facing technologies to support clinical trials

·       Has developed a framework which delivered high utilization rates across research sites and patient-facing technologies across the world

·       Enjoys working with sites and helping transition their organizations into technology adoption and to run their programs more efficiently, especially during challenging times with COVID-19

·       Drives to immediately impact a company with your experience and knowledge and to work directly with the executive leadership team

·       Is comfortable developing and documenting process improvement initiatives that can help a critical department to grow and thrive

 

Status: 

You will work with Sponsors to overcome challenges with site and patient adoption of the ClinOne technologies and develop long-term, project strategies to maintain improved automated system training. You will educate Sponsors, Research Sites and CROs on how to manage sites and users within the technology and will work collaboratively to drive site user utilization and patient registrations.

 

You will be measured on pre-defined success metrics related to site utilization, patient registrations, and engagements within the ClinOne Solutions.

 

A key component is educating pharmaceutical sponsors and research sites on the critical, clinical impacts the technology offers to the patient, like:

·       Remote patient monitoring and care

·       Virtual Visits

·       eConsent and eCOA

 

Responsibilities:

You will implement and manage the ClinOne Site Enablement Program and Research Site User Trainings to include but not limited to:

 

·       Enable sites to use the ClinOne technologies

·       Contacting amazing research institutions to familiarize them on the ClinOne technologies

·       Educate CROs and sites on the importance and critical nature of patient-facing technologies which enables continued trial participation from home

·       Helping sites transition their current paper-based workflows to a virtual clinical research environment

·       Identify more successful methodologies for training sites and to improve technology utilization rates

·       Identify hurdles contributing to low patient registration rates

·       Identify issues/problems with current internal processes and advise effective workflows

·       Develop and implement processes to automate site communications and support continued outreach

·       Identify opportunities to improve the research site user satisfaction and patient satisfaction of ClinOne’s patient engagement solutions.

·       Lead the needs identification and creation of our educational and patient engagement program content, including but not limited to videos, printed material, and webinars working with our operations, technology, and marketing teams.

 

Skills:

·       Degree in life sciences strongly preferred

·       Experience in clinical development, eClinical and clinical research strongly preferred

·       Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to build effective relationships with Client staff and colleagues

·       Ability to effectively influence key stakeholders outside of the team

·       Experience managing direct reports a plus for future growth of company

·       Good organizational, IT and administrative skills

 

Requirements:

·       BA/BS required

·       Minimum 5 years at an eClinical company responsible for site training and technology adoptions

·       Solid understanding of connected health technologies and telemedicine solutions

·       Experience developing health promotion or care programs for clinical research participants and research site users

·       Experience leading the creation of patient education videos and content for clinical research e-Clinical technology

·       Advanced knowledge of educating and training for technology adoption within the eClinical software environment.

·       Superb written and verbal communication skills required

·       Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to effectively present information to senior management and to cross-functional teams
