POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Director, Strategy and Growth will serve as an integral member of the T3 leadership team, charged with leading the T3 expansion efforts and strategy by leveraging new community, higher ed, school district and business partnerships with individuals and organizations to expand T3’s program model across Tarrant County. This person will work directly with the Sr. Director of Education Strategic Initiatives, Director of Analytics, Director of Mentoring & Workforce Development and other program directors. The Senior Director, Strategy and Growth will implement the strategic growth plan, manage program design and development through MOU/contract execution with new and existing partners, and serve as an additional layer of support for T3 Directors and Managers.
