DESCRIPTION

The Director of Mentorship and Workforce Development is responsible for facilitating, developing, managing, and evaluating strategic partnerships within the Tarrant To & Through Partnership network that provide students the opportunity to build a professional network and develop skills needed in today’s workforce. This position will work with local business leaders, school and district leaders, community leaders, state & national organizations, and T3 staff to design a mentorship and workforce skill development continuum for the students T3 supports on their journey towards a postsecondary credential and economic prosperity.
