POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manager of Analytics provides direction and input for the development and implementation of T3’s analytical reporting tools and analytic services for Fort Worth Cradle To Career business units and partners. This position is responsible for the collection, aggregation and analysis of decision support tools for organizational leadership. This position will collaborate with all departments (IT, Operations, Philanthropy, Post-Secondary Pathways, College & Career Success) from a support perspective to identify and maximize opportunities to utilize data to improve outcomes, business processes, promote the strategic use of information, and enable partners to use data analysis and interpretation as a strategic tool.

This individual will conduct critical analyses of organization’s program outcomes data, generating actionable insights and recommendations that will be used by leadership, executive council members, and partners. The Manager of Analytics will support the ED and Director of Operations to elevate data beyond the purely descriptive and, in partnership with manager and peers, will build a compelling narrative that will drive and improve impact across the Fort Worth Cradle to Career network.
