Report to the CMO, working either on-site in San Francisco (we hope that on-site will eventually be an option) or remotely
Prospect for new business through cold calling and email outreach
Nurture prospects that have visited the website or shown previous interest
Keep accurate records in Salesforce of prospect companies and personas
Navigate and map company structures to identify key decision makers and influencers
Work closely with the Sales team and deliver qualified opportunities
Learn, understand, and favorably represent the Orion value proposition
3+ years of experience prospecting for new customers
Have done heavy volume cold calling in previous roles
Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Have strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com
Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exhibit attention to detail, time management skills, and process orientation
Very comfortable at problem-solving independently
Experience in a corporate sales environment preferred
Bachelor's degree is required
