JOB SCOPE
Triumvira Immunologics is seeking an energetic and accomplished scientist with 2+ relevant experience in industry or academia and broad experience in immunology, cell biology or related discipline. Specific expertise in T cell biology and immune oncology, including the tumor microenvironment, is preferred. The candidate will be part of the R&D pharmacology team focused on the development of novel, genetically engineered T cell therapeutics to combat cancer and other indications. The successful candidate’s responsibility will be the in vitro characterization of Triumvira’s drug candidates. Extensive experience with tissue culture, co-culture assays, microscopy analysis and cytokine assays are required. This includes working knowledge of flow cytometry. The candidate must have a strong oral and written communication skills.
JOB DUTIES
· Execute experimental tasks (ie. Setting up co-culture assays, performing flow cytometry analysis)
· Execute the screening of early TAC drug candidates, identify drug candidate leads
· Execute method and assay development required for the completion of drug development
· Perform basic analysis of experimental data using common productivity software
· Provide and ensure detailed documentation practices (experimental concepts/design, work plans, data & results, SOPs and other quality documents)
· Comply with and enforce company’s standard operating procedures and facility safety regulations

· Experience in cell biology and tissue culture methodologies
· Proven track-record to complete assigned experiments
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Effective communications skills (oral and written)
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
· BSc/ MSc in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry or related field.
· Focus on T cell biology and therapy is preferred
WORK-RELATED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industry or academia
· Proficient in standard cell biology and tissue culture methodologies
· Experienced in laboratory safety standards and prior working experience in a level 2 biosafety environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project), and Graphpad/Prism or similar software
