Available Shift: M - F 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Description: The System Administrator provides remote and on location technical support assistance to end users. Will receive and follow up on all open / unresolved tickets, respond and troubleshoot client’s problems and concerns. Must be able to use their professional knowledge to resolve problems involving hardware and software issues. Must be able to use practical knowledge of operating system, application programs, and network topology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
- Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts
- Performing regular security tests and security monitoring
- Maintaining networks and network file systems
