Superblue, a groundbreaking new Experiential Art Center dedicated to producing, presenting, and engaging the public with one-of-a-kind immersive experiences, opening in Allapattah, Miami, Florida.

We have several full-time and part-time positions available at the Associate level:

 

Experience Guides ($10-$12/hour based on experience):

·       Will have priority to warmly welcome guests and facilitate intentional, two-way conversations to help evoke curiosity, thoughtfulness, and excitement from our guests, boots on the ground

·       At least one year of customer service experience in the Arts / Entertainment / Hospitality / Customer Service industry preferred

·       Zendesk or similar customer service software experience preferred

·       Willing to cross-train within Superblue positions and be willing to guide others

·       Bring a team-first approach to work and creating a family working environment

·       Must have dependable transportation for holidays and late work hours as needed

·       Bilingual a plus

Candidates should have outstanding customer service skills - a friendly, relaxed, hospitable approach, gracious, and welcoming in greeting and engaging guests. The Experiential Art Center is open 362 days a year and will have flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time positions
