Who is PT Genie?

PT Genie is a digital health company providing in-clinic and remote physical therapy that keeps patients connected with their providers to drive improved outcomes. A wearable device that keeps patients motivated, measures their progress, and enables providers to monitor outcomes more closely, PT Genie is advancing physical therapy to new levels. What You’ll Do:

The Customer Success Manager will be the primary liaison between the practice (PT Genie's clients), the Care Satisfaction Specialists (the people making sure the patients are staying on track), and the PT Genie leadership team.  Part Account Manager, Part Implementation Manager, part Care Satisfaction specialist (CSS) Manager, and all-around rock star. Responsibilities include:


  • Primary point of contact for clients and Care Satisfaction Specialists via email and phone
  • Oversee client billing reports and monitor billing and PT Genie program success
  • Discuss any needed/wanted platform changes and provide solutions to any bottlenecks or hurdles
  • Oversee and manage a team of Care Satisfaction Specialists, overseeing client and employee trainings
  • Oversees Client onboarding and implementation after the sales cycle
  • Promotes ongoing client success and helps introduce new features as they become available.
  • Complying with all applicable company policies and procedures to meet JCAHO and company standards 


Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced leader in healthcare customer service who will ensure that our clients and patients are satisfied with PT Genie’s offerings. In addition, you will have the following skills and qualifications:  

  •  2-3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience implementing technology or software (ideally in a medical setting)
  • Prior experience with onboarding and client engagement and customer success
  • Problem solving skills (bring solutions to the tables not just problems)
  • Able to handle multiple accounts (clients) at once
  • Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Always wears a smile
  • Professional, reliable, accountable, always looking to take on the next challenge
  • Adapts quickly, understands start-up environment (preferably has worked in start-up before)
  • Can grow with the position and manage people underneath them
  • Task driven and solution driven, does not need constant direction


    • Bilingual a plus (Spanish preferably) 
    • Understanding of medical billing
    • Preference given to those with knowledge of medical practices, ideally Orthopedic practices
