Job Description
TowerPoint is seeking experienced Sales and Business Development professionals to join our Acquisitions Team located in Atlanta, GA. Our team members focus on originating a high volume of opportunities to acquire cell tower and wireless infrastructure-related assets.
New employees will receive up to three weeks of paid formal classroom training before working side by side with seasoned professionals. You will be responsible for cultivating the leads provided through the stages of the sales cycle with the direct assistance of the Senior Vice President. Responsibilities
· Consistent outbound calls to canvass potential and established prospects within designated territories
· Develop, manage and forecast a proprietary sales acquisition pipeline
· Negotiating deal terms under corporate guidelines
· Act as point of contact and collaborate with the deal team to complete due diligence and close transactions
· Follow and exceed corporate standards and key performance metrics
Requirements
· Experience in inside sales with consistent outbound call volume
· 1‐5 years of inside sales experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales organization
· Experience in the financial services, mortgage banking, and/or commercial real estate industries is preferred but not a requirement
Skills and Abilities:
· Proficient in using sales automation tools (Salesforce) and MSOffice apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
· Working knowledge of financial principals including (Time Value of Money, Risk/Reward, Market Pricing Dynamics, Cap Rates and Net Present Value)
· Proven closing ability, strong desire to achieve, enjoy the competition and demonstrates intensity daily
· Superior written and verbal communication Skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Compensation and Benefits
· Compensation package is uncapped and includes a fixed base salary (commensurate with qualifications and experience), variable performance‐based commissions, and annual bonus programs
· Top producers earn $150k+ with an average income of $80k across the platform
