YOUR ROLE 

TowerPoint is seeking a detail oriented, driven & assertive Leasing expert with a background in telecom or commercial real estate to support our lease renewal and amendment process.

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in redlining lease agreements, driving negotiations with property owners, and ensuring legal precision throughout the lease lifecycle. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lease Review: Redline and review leases (renewals and amendments) to ensure alignment with business and legal standards. 

• Negotiations: Lead negotiations directly with landlords, attorneys, and property managers.

• Document Management: Draft, revise, and track documentation related to lease modifications and contract execution.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Asset Management) to resolve legal, operational, and site-specific issues.

• Risk Assessment: Identify risk factors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in lease language.

WHO YOU ARE

• A seasoned professional with 3–7 years of experience in telecom, commercial real estate, or property management.

• A skilled negotiator with demonstrated ability to redline complex lease agreements and manage stakeholder discussions.

• A real estate law and lease terminology expert with a strong eye for risk assessment and contract precision

• An excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail.
