Sales Operations Coordinator Position Summary

The Sales Operations Coordinator is a crucial team member responsible for supporting the Sales function to achieve revenue and customer targets. This role focuses on orchestrating daily sales operations and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Operations Team.

 

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Operations Coordinator

  • Operational Support: Manage and execute daily sales operations tasks to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with sales goals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, databases, and documents related to sales and operational activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Reporting: Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant data to support informed decision-making.
  • Channel Partner Coordination: Coordinate and manage assignments for Channel Partner Requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Interdepartmental Facilitation: Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations departments to facilitate requests and resolve issues.
  • Customer Account Management: Collaborate with Operations to address and resolve issues related to customer accounts, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales operations and initiatives.
  • Salesforce Integration: Partner with the outsourced Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance sales processes on the Salesforce platform and integrate it with in-house systems.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on customer performance and experience to drive improvements and optimize sales strategies.
  • Exhibit exceptional internal and external customer service with all individuals.
  • Observe security responsibilities. Security is everyone’s job. Look out for, and report, anything that is suspicious or just doesn’t seem correct.

What You'll Bring to the Team as a Sales Operations Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
  • Minimum of one year of Salesforce.com experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified preferred or willingness to attain certification
  • Power BI Experience a plus
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and use of the Internet, especially for analysis
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
  • Strong technical skills and mindset to leverage database and workflow-oriented software
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team
  • Ability to successfully multitask with accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $25.97 to $31.25 per hour DOE
