RCM Technical Support Specialist Position Summary:

Using their comprehensive understanding of dental RCM and EDI processes, the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Technical Support Specialist provides technical support to our channel partners and dental support organizations (DSOs) and actively nourishes professional relationships to encourage referrals and business growth.

 

What you'll be doing as an RCM Technical Support Specialist:

  • Provide timely and comprehensive EDI and technical support to our channel partners and DSOs to ensure quick and reliable resolution to problems they may encounter.
  • Act as a point of escalation for channel partners and DSO clients, researching, resolving, and documenting issues promptly and effectively.
  • Actively nurture professional relationships with our channel partners and DSO clients to encourage referrals and business growth.
  • Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal development and connectivity teams, facilitating collaboration on special projects and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and institutional policies and procedures, including data security protocols.
  • Uphold exceptional internal and external customer service standards in all interactions.
  • Consistently meet company and department policies and expectations including those surrounding attendance.
  • Comply with all federal, state, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality standards and expectations.
  • Exhibit exceptional internal and external customer service with all individuals.
  • Observe security responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

What you'll bring to the team as an RCM Technical Support Specialist:

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in dental RCM and EDI.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, troubleshoot and answer questions related to dental RCM and EDI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to navigate complex client interactions and internal associates.
  • Ability to multitask with accuracy and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
