Client Services Specialist Position Summary:
As a Client Services Specialist within the customer service team at DentalXChange, you will assist our dental office clients with their questions regarding our products. This includes issues regarding dental claims processing and the credentialing of dentists with state licensing boards. You will provide excellent customer service when answering incoming calls and chats, leaving every dental office client feeling heard, appreciated, and confident you've solved their problem or know what steps to take to get there.

The person in this role will work remotely. Hours of operation are 6:00am to 5:00pm, PST.

What You'll Be Doing as a Client Services Specialist:
•    Answer incoming calls and chats from dental provider offices to address their questions and provide prompt support
•    Effectively troubleshoot and manage support issues
•    Escalate issues effectively and promptly to additional tier level support if necessary
•    Demonstrate to customers how to utilize DentalXChange products/services
•    Create notes and other documentation to be used by the team based on support-related resolutions
•    Maintain a high level of product and vendor knowledge
•    Document each phone call in the ticketing system

 

What You'll Bring to the Team as a Client Services Specialist:
•    1+ years' customer service experience, preferably over the phone
•    Proficient in Office 365 or other Microsoft Office version
•    High level of comfort with using the Internet and PC's
•    Strong listening, communication, and collaboration capabilities
•    Desire to always give excellent customer service and to add to the team in whatever way you possibly can
•    Technical support/Help Desk experience helpful
•    Prior call center experience desirable
•    Experience in a dental office also helpful
•    AA degree preferred
