Using your technical skills, business acumen and creativity, you will gather insights that improves the visibility of how our customer’s supply chains are performing.

The Analyst will create methods to collect and report data related to things such as supply chain velocity, equipment usage, and company performance. The Senior Analyst will also help to parse, segment, and analyze data from multiple sources that will help us drive informed decisions to our customers about their supply chain. A successful candidate will be willing to roll up his/her sleeves to dive into the details and resolve issues by establishing the root cause. Responsibilities
• Dive deep into the data to learn the customer’s supply chain, analyze the data and present insights that add value to the customer to create stickiness.
• Interact with customers to gather and develop reporting requirements.
• Assist Commercial team on market sizing analysis and customer contract yields. Probe the data to see if FlexiVan should be revising its operational or commercial product based on customer usage.
• Improve and prioritize safeguards in the business process to protect data integrity and to catch anomalies in the data or system inputs.
• Help define tools that make repeatable work faster and more efficient and train junior analysts to use them.
• Performs budget vs actual variance analysis, conducts economic and operational analyses in support of capital investments, project analyses, contract evaluations or decision-making on operational alternatives and interfacing with all operating and financial management in measurement and/or development of operational targets and programs.
• Strong business background to define the right business requirements and lead in the conceptualization and development of data visualization and analytics to provide actionable insights for operations and management decision making.

• Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
• Understand a broad range of data resources and know how, when and which to use.
• Ability to move forward in the face of ambiguity and imperfect data.
• Capable of being a self-starter, that knows when to seek guidance and collaborate with other team members
Basic Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related area.
• 1-2 years’ experience working with large highly transactional datasets to draw insights and create organizational value
• 1-2 years’ experience working with leading BI visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau, QlikView)
• Experience working with Commercial data to understand usage patterns and Customer Yields to build and present sales analysis
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups)
• Proficient in Python programming language
• Experience using SQL Preferred Experience
• Experience in transportation/logistics
• Experience working with Predictive Analytical Models (Machine Learning)
• Experience working with Big Data Projects
• Experience working with financial data and can identify P&L weakness and Cash Flow implications
Travel Requirements: May require occasional overnight travel
