Position Description

FlexiVan has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Metrics & Reporting Analyst based out of our Scottsdale, AZ location. The Operations Metrics & Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs across all operational areas.  This role will help drive key initiatives and strategic long term goals through scheduled tracking and reporting to create visibility of these metrics across the organization.

The Operations Metrics & Reporting Analyst will create weekly and monthly reports with internal KPIs such as volumes, utilization, maintenance & repair, and overall company performance to report out to the operations and executive leadership.  This Analyst will also be responsible for developing and creating ad hoc reporting of metrics and strategic initiatives as needed.  A successful candidate will be willing to roll up his/her sleeves to dive into the details and resolve issues by establishing the root cause.  Our employees are flexible, willing to stretch themselves across multiple functions to support our business needs.

Responsibilities

·         Develops and maintains weekly and monthly reports with key performance metrics for operational functions, including identifying appropriate metrics per function, determining source of data, establishing benchmarks / targets, and creating repeatable reporting process.

·         Performs analyses of metrics to identify trends as well as areas of immediate concern and escalates to management attention, as necessary.

·         Applies learnings from reports / analytics to the operations organization to foster an environment of continuous improvement and accountability.

·         Summarize and present data findings, recommendations, and methodology to senior leadership, department leadership and enterprise stakeholders.

·         Develops strong relationships with key operational leadership by spending time understanding their goals and business objectives and leverages data to improve their results.

·         Works to develop ways to capture data more efficiently over time to ensure sustainable process.

·         Proactively resolves data issues across systems to ensure reporting is accurate and timely.

Basic Experience

·         Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance or another quantitative or related subject 1-3 years work experience

·         1-3 years experience working with large highly transactional datasets to draw insights and create organizational value

·         Advanced user of MS Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, Vlookups, PowerPivot)

·         Experience writing macros

·         Experience working with leading BI visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau, QlikView)

·         Experience using SQL a plus
