Flexi-Van Leasing LLC located in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Manager, Application Integration to manage Web Methods Integration project.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

·         Manage EDI integration project from on-premises to cloud solution and migrate other interfaces from existing EDI to API interface.

·         Work with EDI team, vendors, partners, and Management and layout the project to complete as per the plan.

·         Develop APIs to publish/subscribe to/from customers or vendors/partners

·         Priority is to assess the project, give clear status and provide findings and recommendations for smooth execution of the integration project.

·         Need close coordination with multiple parties, different time zones, test files, code/functional specs review, testing, communication with customers, partners and vendors.

·         Work with Infrastructure team to implement cloud security best practices

·         Work with business users and application groups to identify enhancement requirements, estimate development effort, and translate business requirements into functional specifications

·         Design and develop EDI solutions producing appropriate documentation and with high degree of re-usability

·         Review test plan and test results to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested at all stages of development, and assist in preparation for production deployment

·         Manage service provider quality and performance to ensure that services are delivered according to the specified service levels and requirements

·         Optimize system resources and applications, and evaluate alternative solutions when required

·         Setting up topology, server design (consolidation) and finalizing migration approach.

·         Communicate with users and developers on the status of EDI projects and changes.

·         Prioritize and document EDI needs. Streamline different data pipeline to one enterprise communication channel to maintain consistency and in lieu of having a central point.

·         Provide ongoing support of EDI files for internal and external parties

·         Develop a thorough understanding of all parties data needs for electronic media transactions for all EDI products.

·         Coordinate internal and external parties’ data needs by providing thorough communication on what the EDI service provides and supports.

·         Document any new data elements or file types needed.

·         Develop the file mapping between FlexiVan systems and external parties’ systems using the Data translator software.

·         Work with FlexiVan developers, communications specialists and external parties to test electronic transactions. Move maps into production once testing completed.

·         Provide ongoing support of EDI files for internal and external parties.

·         Create user documentation & procedures for EDI Support.

·         Assist FlexiVan application team with debugging mapping/translation problems.

This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any other employees.

Minimum requirements:  Master’s of Science (foreign education acceptable) in Computer Science, Information Systems, any Engineering field, and any closely related academic field and at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a closely related position.  As an acceptable alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s of Science (foreign education acceptable)  in Computer Science, Information Systems, any Engineering field, and any closely related academic field and at least five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a closely related position. 

Qualified candidates must also have demonstrable knowledge, experience, skill or proficiency with the following:

·         Systems support with exposure to full Middleware and Process integration.

·         Two or more Middleware technologies: Webmethods, WebSphere Application Server, or Manage File Transfer (MFT).

·         Cloud data center operations.

·         Project management and Program management.

·         Architectural assistance, landscape layout for Data integration products such webMethods, ATG(Active transfer gateway), IP-switch, Enterprise API Management.

·         EDI Translation (Webmethods) software packages including EDI transaction sets and networking protocols (to setup EDI connection with customers).
